I ordered a fence with beams in the posts. I discussed this with everyone because apparently it’s an unusual request. The beams were not installed. I reached out for help and got a call at 0730 on a Sunday from a condescending person telling me that despite the fact that it was a new sales guy, working on a new system, and the people in the office told me they were in the quote, that it’s all my fault for not adding up the lines to ensure that I was being charged for them.
When I asked that they honor the original quote I was laughed at. When I asked for a discount on repairs since I wouldn’t need them if it had been installed as ordered, he said it’s not his problem and he’s happy to do the work for full price. I asked to speak to the owner and he laughed at me again and said “He’s going to tell you the same thing.”
I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. There are plenty of there that care about customers and integrity, not just the all mighty dollar.
