I contracted with Clark Builders & Remodelers to do some flooring and other projects. The work was inconsistent: some days it looked great, other days it was clear that no attention was given to a careful installation. I contacted the Clarks and Mark came to review the poor work, apologized, and promised to remedy the issues. Nearly a year later they still have not fixed them. They avoid my calls/emails. It is extremely disappointing.
