Substandard construction and short of house falling down, no warranty on anything. Foliage did not survive (moved in dead of winter). Wood floors developed large "Pock" marks over a few months time, and told this was "character of wood floors". All issues noted 6 months after closing and given brush off. This is my 4th home and have never experienced such disregard for problems in my experience. Clear free of this builder.

I purchased a home from Clark Custom Home’s, notably Robert Clark. There were issues with the wood floors, Sheetrock cracking, painted walls were not completely covered leaving drywall exposed...etc. There were many issues that he kept pushing me off until the warranty had expired. Half a million dollars for mobile home construction.
