    remodel

    We would highly recommend Shaun Clark/Clark Development Corp. We had a modest sized remodel to improve some features of a new house. He was able to schedule and monitor the numerous subs that were in and out. He is very experienced, offered great advice, and is a perfectionist with details. We would hire him again if/when we get the chance.

    Full house remodel

    Clark Development came highly recommended to us and after a full house remodel we would highly recommend them to anyone. They took on the task of remodelling a 40 year old home and from the inside our made it new again. Highly professional and very trustworthy, we can’t thank them enough for their hard work AND quality work. They took the stress out of remodelling. Thank you Clark Development!

    Extensive remodel from studs

    Our project was a compete remodel of our Palm Desert Home – down to the studs, all plumbing, electrical, all rooms and roof. A very extensive remodel and we would be doing it from a distance. Shaun came recommended to us by our architect and it was the perfect recommendation. With Shaun came his extensive experience, and his team. We have never had a project go so smoothly. Shaun makes sure it is right and at times I saw him have a sub redo something that he felt didn’t meet his quality expectation. He pays attention to details; and really listens. Aside from his extensive experience, Shaun is a man of integrity and honestly. We had many discussions about quality versus costs and value – Shaun gave us high quality and value. We are grateful to Shaun and his team. The vision we had of our home came to life through Shaun’s experience and his team’s craftsmanship.

    With a major remodel comes surprises. In all cases Shaun was on top of it, taking total ownership and giving us options. His excellent communication skills were a major reason, we felt in the know from a distances. Shaun’s total commitment to customer satisfaction was also present in his subs. With every walk through during the construction, we made changes and his subs were on top of it. Never a complaint.

    Shaun was very committed to delivering the project on budget and on time. We did make changes which increased the price, but they were fair and reasonable. He delivered in every way for us.

    We have worked with contractors in almost a dozen major construction projects and Shaun ranks as the best! We would highly recommend Shaun to anyone wanting to build a quality home, especially from from a distance.

    We purchased a house that had been empty for 5 years. Soon after closing we had a flood in the lower level while traveling abroad. Clark Developments, the original contractor for our home, handled everything seamlessly. Clark Developments has been our go to company and we never worry about our home knowing that a phone call to Shaun Clark will result in efficiency, expediency, honesty, flawless workmanship and top level personal care.
