    to do a 10' wide banner and several small signs to display on our stalls at horse shows.

    Their work is excellent, as are their prices. The staff I've met is friendly and helpful. They didn't get five stars because for 2 days now, I have been unable to get in the store to pick up my signs and pay my bill - nobody was there and the door was locked (although the lights were on) yesterday, and today, despite calling during business hours, I have not gotten a reply. Apparently these are the third staff member's (the one I haven't met) days to work. I'm not willing to drive to town from the country if I'm not certain someone will be there to have the shop open. Yesterday, I stood knocking at the locked door for several minutes before giving up. The staff person was very apologetic when I did hear from him/her, but they told me they'd be in all day today, and nope, they aren't.
