They started out ok but when I called to ask a question because my system stopped working they didn't return my calls. I finally got a hold of Jynae and she wouldn't let me ask a question. She said "We're not interested in serving you because you said you would do monitoring with us and you never got a phone line. You're not worth our time because we don't make any money off you." I'm not sure I've had another business be so rude. I understand the company needs to make a profit as do I in my business, but you can answer a question (does the box have a battery?) as a part of customer relations. She was pissed because I didn't buy a monitoring service. I would not recommend this company for the horrendous treatment of customers.
