I met with Tom and he gave me a price. Said he would like to start by end of June when it got really hot. End of June comes and I don’t hear from him. I figured he was busy and finally in July I called him and he said he would call when home from vacation. Warned me prices now went up and he lost a few guys. He never called back after vacation. I text him and said are you still interested I would get someone else if not and he said hold off! He was doing a seal coat and would get back. Again never did. I text a last time since he never got back again and told him I do have someone interested but wanted to give him first shot since he was local. So he will not be doing my job but why not just let me know instead of giving me a run-around Plus he said my friend can make a riser around clean-out and water shutoff which he did cut driveway in preparation for this man to only let me down. I do not recommend him at all. Terrible customer service and doesn’t know the meaning of giving your word coming from an old-timer. Note the category to select should be bad customer service and lack of communication. I even told him I will give him a bad review and his response was thank you.
