Absolutely terrible service from Mark, owner of Classic Cabinets and design in Louisville. Not sure how he can still be in business. I was referred to him from a few friends that had a good experience but my experience was the exact opposite. This was for a whole house remodel and needed cabinets for kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry. I know problems can occur and mistakes happen but SEVERAL of our cabinets were damaged before even coming out of the boxes and SEVERAL were just completely wrong due to size and detailing. Cabinets were sent back and re- delivered after a month ( which puts everything else behind and rescheduled) and once again they were still wrong! I'm not even upset about this!!! What is upsetting is that Marc could never even call or check in to assure me that things will be corrected. Instead he blames our contractor, our builder, our walls not being measured properly.... It goes on and on. I've remodeled several kitchens and have a pretty good idea on how it works. There were several red flags in the entire process at classic cabinets and design. I wish I would have walked away then and given my business elsewhere. I hope that this review will help others walk away from this business.
