Classic Concrete was hired to pour a new driveway, sidewalk, stairs, and pad at our residence. Months later we noticed the driveway was flaking, a crack in the sidewalk, and nickle-dime size holes. We called Phill Kleber and informed him of the problems. Mr Kleber said he would "come by the house the first of next week" and would "call beforehand". Mr Kleber never called nor showed up. On scheduled day/no show we called Mr Kleber who said he would "come by Friday/the next morning about 10AM". Mr Kleber never called nor showed up. WE tried repeatedly to get in contact with him. We left a message, waited until mid afternoon for Mr Kleber. His phone later that afternoon went straight to voicemail. We have yet to hear back from Mr Kleber. Mr Kleber set multiple appointments over several months and never honored them; never came to house, never called to explain or reschedule.
We filed a complaint with the BBB a month ago and have not had a response from Classic Concrete. Unprofessional, rude, poor work
