Did’t return calls and emails. Went way over budget then charged extra $40,000 at the end in Management fees. Project was way over expected completion date because he over booked his resources and moved them from project to project to project. Our build sat idle for weeks during the best weather. Didn’t finalize building permit. Didn’t honor all warranty items. Some things fixed. Alot of unanswered requests. Black mold post installed on front oatio instead of replacing the posts. Buyer Beware! There is a reason no recent good reviews.
