I rate this establishment a 0. I hired them to convert from oil to gas heating system. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a company. In addition to damaging my siding and downspout. They set the automatic feed on my boiler with to much water resulting in a radiator spewing out rusty water and damaging my wood floors. They have been paid in full and 8 months later the oil tank has yet to be removed. They have ignored my messages and not shown up for scheduled appointments. This level of Disrespect and thievery needs to be made known to the public.

Quick Summary: do not trust Nick Fulciniti & team, do not give this company your money. They do not stand by their work, they will not correct their mistakes & negligence, and will ignore your calls when called out. They are not Carrier certified, although they will lie and tell you they are.
Full story:
Had Nick install new HVAC in my home, and a split unit. First issue was they 'by mistake' installed the cheapest split unit they can find from Carrier, I had to check model numbers, which I did & they did not match what we agreed upon. After a lot of back and forth, and because Nick was not paid yet, they removed the cheap unit and installed what we agreed upon. I should have stopped it all here but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.Then came the HVAC install; lots of issues. Had 2 certified Carrier reps come out to inspect & both reported the same issues.
-Incorrectly sized return, causing system to run badly/noisy/inefficiently
-drains incorrectly installed & dangerous
-emergency water pan switch not installed or configured in the system
-badly unsealed duct work, with major lossProvided this information to Nick & Classic Home Services, requested a reasonable amount back to have issues fixed by a certified installer. Nick gave me the run around for months, said they would refund, then stopped answering my calls & blocked me - now cannot get anyone on the phone. Been 3 months. I have given them every opportunity to do the right thing. Terribly disappointing. I wish them the best and hope they can do better in the future, but I would/could never recommend them in any way.

Called and spoke to Nick and he was out here the same day. Our awesome landlord dropped off a swamp cooler motor and basically said here, do it on your own. Nick came over and was knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained what he was doing and was out of here in a half hour. He was honest on pricing and did a great job. Thanks again Classic Home Services. I will always refer you. Not sure if I posted this twice being this is the first time I was inclined to give a review on Buildzoom!

CHS HVAC Services has literally the best customer service I have ever experienced...hands down!! It does not matter what time of day you need them, they will be there to help. Felix is AWESOME! He is very flexible, will work around your schedule and makes you feel at ease. He is confident in what he does and is a genuine, trustworthy guy. We have used them now for 2 years, and they make you feel like you are their number 1 priority every time! Can not get any better than that.
If you have any issues with your thermostat/AC unit, I recommend you call these guys, they are GREAT! -

We contacted our landlords because our A.C. wasn't working the way it should. They are the ones who called Nick since they've used him for their other properties and he was out to our house right away. (Almost ten o'clock at night) it was a simple fix and got us up and running and our A.C. feels wonderful!....Well it was a coincidence my in-laws second story unit went out that night before last and when they contacted someone, they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday (Maybe). My husband mentioned this to Nick after he was done with our unit and he said he'd give us a call to see if was able to go see what's going on. Well he called me today (Saturday) and was able to squeeze many in laws in, went over, fixed the unit and had it up and running within minutes. My farther in law was very pleased! Wonderful service! Honest, quick and very professional! Highly recommended! Thank you for everything Nick!

Sooo I just moved into a new home and turned on the ac and it didn't work, came on Buildzoom and read all the great reviews on Classic Home Services and called Felix. Yep everybody is right! Felix is awesome came right away, fixed the problem and taught me a few things I need to do, definitely going to be a forever customer!!!!

I can't thank Classic Home Services enough! My heater was giving out cold air and my daughter was sick. They came to the rescue, found the part I needed, stayed late to get my heater repaired even though it's the day before Thanksgiving! Thanks a million! Great service!
They installed a new mini split system in my home. They were professional, clean and took out the time to explain how the system works. The also removed my boiler and installed a new boiler on my wall. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again for the great work!
