    I have had issue after issue with the pool that they put in. I will end up having to tear it out and get it redone because wall is separating from pool and I have had multiple cracks, leaks, and issues. Found them very difficult to work with at a distance. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    $30,000

    We had our pool built in 2008 till this day the pool is wonderful. The construction crew was on time, clean & professional .Alan and Dolores kept their word when the pool would be completed. There were no hidden costs or surprises.. We would definitely recommend them .

    Pool repairs inside , new tiles, deck painting

    I have used Classon Pools, Inc twice for 2 separate jobs in about the past 12 months and were very pleased with both pool jobs that they did for us.

    One was a commercial pool at our RV Park and the other was my personal home pool we had the entire interior of pool redone along with all new tile and a crack in the sun shelf repaired.

    Dolores was great to work with and helped my wife pick the right tile and pool colors and all work was done professionally and on time. we were very happy with this company and they always returned our calls promptly.

    Classon Pools built our pool last summer and we had a good experience with the company. Dolores Classon was very knowledgeable and was available if we had any questions during the process. The subcontractors were professional and our pool was completed on schedule. Their company was recommended from a coworker of mine that also had a positive outcome.

    Contractor failed to honor our contract for 2” Concrete deck w fibermesh. Contract specified 2” concrete w fibermesh. They ran out of contretemps and just hose in deck area. What a joke. When we informed them we were sending concrete to be for Fibermesh she confessed and said the enginner and her decided we didn’t need it. Bull to the word go. They tried to defraud us and keep the money. Now they don’t want to rip it out. We are heading for legal recourse. Ask me anytime [email protected]. I told them rip it out and cease n desist. Total abuse of our friendship over a few bucks.

    Beware of this contractor!

    Quality of workmanship was poor.

    Did not stay on schedule; work significantly delayed.

    Contract agreement open ended and resulted in unjustified cost add-ons.

    Subcontractor costs not adequately represented in contract which resulted in cost add-ons.

    Job site was never cleanly managed and was left with nails, construction debris and trash.

    Ultimately, we were not happy with this contractor and do not recommend them.
