    I would never recommend any Davis built home. I don’t even know where to start. I have paint on my floors because their painters don’t know how to tape off the floor correctly or even clean up their mess. When brought to Claud’s team they told me which cleaner to use to take it off my floor. It’s a new house!!! I paid for a clean nice home. I shouldn’t have to do this. I have been waiting for 8 months for repairs to my home after submitting a list for my 1 year touch ups. All I have asked is for the work their guys did to be done correctly. There is too much to list. The frustrating part is I paid over 10k out of my pocket for upgrades and they have ruined some of those extras. There is much more but you catch the drift. Oh and another crucial piece and buyer beware… they don’t repaint anything even if they do sheet rock. It’s in the contract when going under contract. Read carefully.

    I purchased a home from Claud Davis in 2008. I paid for a home inspection even though it was a new home just to be a responsible buyer. There was nothing major found and Claud himself was very helpful personally helping me with the one year touch up . I would definitely recommend a home from this builder.

    I purchased a home built by Mr. Davis in 2004. The home had major construction defects. Mr. Davis denied all issues, after daring me to sue him. The local jurisdiction stepped in to protect Mr. Davis, since they were as guilty as him for approving a home that wasn't built to plans, building code, or engineering recommendations. I ended up having to pay nearly $20K to have repairs made myself. He doesn't deserve even one star.
