I had busted water pipes that ruined both of our bathrooms and the floor in the dining room. Claudio Alvarez Construction came right over and handled the situation professionally and with total integrity. Later that year we had smoke damage and Claudio Alvarez construction took care of everything!!! There were so many workers at my house getting the job done in a timely manner. Claudio Alvarez Construction was "Johnny on the Spot" after I called my Insurance company the minute I found a broken water pipe in my ceiling and water all throughout my closet and spare bedroom and hallway. The ins. co suggested a couple of companies them and I chose Claudio Alvarez. They came out immediately, located the problem and started to work.
They cleaned up the mess and did the reconstruction of what was destroyed, including new wood flooring which was needed in a good portion of the house. Steve Petersen, Colt and Josh kept in touch throughout the whole process. I now have my house back and highly recommend

We had a house fire on May 27, 2017and Jon's shop was burned down. We would like to express our appreciation to all the staff who helped put the shop back together.
Alvarez Construction was the first to respond to cover the burned out openings with plywood. From beginning to end this was a very stressful experience and Colt Wells of the Alvarez staff took us through the process step by step. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. We found them to be compassionate, reliable and hard-working. They did quality work with an excellent outcome. Also, the business office treated us with integrity, dignity and respect. Special kudos to Tim Alvarez, Colt Wells, Brandon Frederick and Kristina Alvarez.

Had an absolute great experience working with the Clandio Alvarez Construction group. They were fast, experienced, and a pleasure to work with. They showed pride in their workmanship with the job coming out perfect! Josh Hindman went out of his way help move furniture and working around all my personal belongings. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the worst contractor in the valley. The father son team is out for your money. They have no qualified workers or supervision. They vandalized my home and left their pile of trash in my yard for three months. They hired painters that could not understand that you need to remove a nail before you paint, so they painted a 2" square around it.

Last year the dishwasher leaked causing damage to the floor, walls, and cabinets in our kitchen. Once everything was torn completely out of the kitchen, Claudio Alvarez Construction came in and began the reconstruction. Walls had to be put back in, textured, and painted. A whole new floor had to be installed, including the sub floor. This company was terrific! Organized, professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. No bad experience with this company. High recommendations only!

Claudio Alvarez Construction, Inc., the contractor that our USAA home insurance contacted to handle our roof repair and eventual replacement, did an outstanding job. The subcontractor that they employed to re-roof our home, A Step Above Roofing, completed the job in a surprisingly short time considering the fact that the temperatures during the time that they were working often reached between 105 F to 109 F. The roofers were congenial, efficient and considerate regarding disturbing our neighbors and not only did they do an excellent job of roofing the house, they also did a superb job of cleaning up after completing the job. We would highly recommend Claudio Alvarez Construction and their chosen subcontractors.

We were not happy to find water damage in our guest bath but our Insurance Company contacted Claudio Alvarez Construction and from the beginning of the repair work to the end it was a pleasure working with this company. They are efficient, pleasant and experienced. They provided qualified sub contractors when needed and the bathroom was restored in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption. We would hire them again if needed.

Colt and his crew came in our Medford home after major smoke damage and they were absolutely wonderful!! Mike painted our home as if it was his own. They were very professional and did a fantastic job with completely repainting the entire home which is a huge job. They were a great crew to be around and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any construction of any kind done on their home. Darren and Colt are very sweet understanding people. We had lost our roof a few months back in the wind storm and Colt was the first person we called, Jack Daniel showed up within a half hour and took care of everything!! We had a new roof put on very quickly and all the water damage cleaned up the same day it happened. I will always call Claudio Alvarez for any work I need done on my home.

Claudio Alvarez Construction came highly recommended by a very dear friend, at what what the lowest point in our lives. Our home had burned down on Thanksgiving Day 2013, we had initially hired another big named restoration company, only to find out 6 months after the fire, with nothing remaining of our home besides a couple dozen 2x6 and 75% of the subfloor, they had decided there was not enough money in the rebuild for them and they were breaking our contract and walking away from us. After making the call and talking to Claudio and then the following day meeting on site with Tim, my husband and I decided to take a chance and hire them, we had no faith left in the process at that point. We are so thankful we took that chance! It took a couple weeks for construction to begin because Claudio had to wade through the engineering disaster left by the prior contractor, but once reconstruction began we were so impressed not only by their speed but also their craftmanship. They did an amazing job at working with us on changes and adjustments along the way. Because it was an insurance claim, we only had one year from the date of the fire to have all work completed. Alvarez went above and beyond, not only to make sure we were in our home well before our deadline but also that we were happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Alvarez construction to anyone, in need of restoration work or any other construction work for that matter. Thank you Alvarez team!
