This contractor has not reliable for us as far as being on the home site, and supervising his employees. He has not been accountable for his mistakes and offers no solutions to issues that arise. He did not adhere to our time frame, on several occasions and does not adhere to his bids for our home build. He does not communicate with homeowners, as is necessary. He quit and breached his contract, leaving unpaid invoices in places he took draws for. Then came back to the property and took doors, trim, cabinet doors and demanded 35k$ on an unfinished job, or he wouldnt release the property he tresspassed to take. He is not listed on the BBB as a business so he could not be reviewed there. The state of South Dakota does not have a governing entity for GC licensure or there would be a formal complaint wagered there. We ended up having to pay for a 3rd party new construction home inspection after he quit to assess the issues he left us with and offered no resolution. Consumer beware.
