  I hired this guy back in February feeling he was an honest trustworthy Godly man, or at least this was how he portrayed himself to be. He had dated my daughter, so I felt he was a trustworthy guy as well. Now it’s been almost 9 months later, over $240,000 paid upfront, yes, that was my stupidity. As I read through other reviews above, I see the same person that I’m dealing with. Empty promises, empty words, and lots and lots of excuses. When I tell him, I’m about to take things in a different direction then he will show up or have one guy show up to do some work for a few days and then back to usual of no-shows. I’ve been promised every month that it was going to be finished, my master bedroom floor is so uneven and unlevel tiles up tiles down to where you could trip just walking in there. Barn doors are hung uneven to where they don’t even stay closed, cabinets, painted without being prepped to where the paint peels off. I’m at a loss as what I can do next because he has taken all my money and now I’m stuck. I have asked him multiple times for the receipts for everything he purchased with my money and to bring everything I purchased to my house so that I can get this job completed. And again, he tells me I’ll be there tomorrow. I’m getting the papers together and I’ll bring them Monday. And then Monday comes and goes and he’s again no-show. He is the worst contractor I have ever in my entire life dealt with, he is a liar. He’s a fraud, and he’s about to see karma kick his ass. I am a 68-year-old woman, on Social Security and my daughter brought it to my attention that I can also file lawsuit against him for elderly abuse. He has taken advantage of my good heart, my trust in mankind, and my belief in God. Do not ever hire this man or any of his associates, because they are doing the same thing. He is taking a young man down with him which is sad. I wish I would have come across these reviews before hiring him, because now I feel like I’m stuck. He has all my money, he has all my supplies or so he says, but the ball is in my park now! He races in weekends and has several cars which we all paid for,, always taking trips, on our dime while leaving his customers hanging with lies and empty promises..

  2016- As others have said, this guy is a fraud. My dog could be a better contractor. This guy will rob you and do a horrible job. We are still finding and correcting all of his shoddy work. He skips corners everywhere he thinks he can get away with it. Nothing built to code. He have NO EMERGENCY SHUT OFF TO OUR ELECTRICITY (code violation). Our septic system was supposed to be aerobic, it’s not (code violation). We’ve basically had to rebuild from scratch because of all the problems we are finding. Electric and water lines are buried about 2-3” deep and the water pipes bust on the regular. I had him put in a driveway for my mother. He literally came out and dumped concrete- no forms, no smoothing it out, nothing. Literally looks like a concrete truck had diarrhea everywhere. Then after I fired him, he called to pretend he was injured on my property. I’m sure that’s another scam up his sleeve. I blocked his number. I’m glad people are speaking up about him to warn others. I wish I could post photos of his “work” as well.

  He is the worst contractor around he came out and gave me a quote. And then came the next day with a tractors dug my yard all up set up forms and put rebar all together left it in the middle of my yard . and all he’s wood for forms and came back the next day said he needed more dirt it was delivered the next day he came out spreaded it after dug more of my yard up. then he loaded up he’s stuff and told me he needed 2,500$ in advance for Materials .. and haven’t seen him since he will text back saying he will be out next week but never shows.. I will be sueing this Fuad of a contractor.

  I hired him to build a small house for a disabled man that I care for Contract signed 12-08-15 Work to begin Jan 1 16 to be finished no longer than 12 weeks. He started out good then began not showing up. Paid all payments in Feb even some stuff early. He would tell me he would be finished in a week then no show no call for days weeks. Will only text will not answer the phone or call back most of the time. worst tape and bed job I have ever seen. Have a puddle in bedroom every time it rains from leaking wall and pour foundation height. after 6 months and repeatedly being told it will be finished by Friday I fired him. The project is only 60% finished He has been Paid in full and still wants me to pay for materials over the quoted price. He has mentally torchered my disabled client and myself for 6 months and still not finished. I had to move my disabled client into my own house because of the delays and stress. May 21 16 I called him no answer. Texted him there was a problem with the stain on the floor sent pictures told him I needed him out to the site ,he told me it was his daughters Birthday and he wasn't coming and he was turning off his phone. I give up I fired him, I already have a new reliable contractor coming out to see if he can fix this mess on Monday. Now we will have to barrow money to finish the house as my disabled client is on SS and Clay has take full payment and not finished. We have lost over 10k in lost wags and living expenses from the repeated delays. This is on top of payment in full and buying over $800 in light fixtures, and other items just trying to get him finished. 2 full baths don't even have the sheetrock finished no porcelain on site and AC and Electric Connections not finished one 4 ft. cabinet in the kitchen not finished bad stain job on the floor. He has take 2 vacation since he started our project { it's only 900 square ft. } He has a million excuses for not showing up, even try's to blame me. Refuse to give me a copy of his contractors license . He told me if we had good weather he could finish beginning to end in 3 weeks. We had the best weather in January I have ever seen in Texas , 6 months later only 60% finished I don't trust him he has lied to me over and over and over for months.

  after consulting another contract and having the building inspected. ALL areas failed inspection an were NOT done to code. The house was a fire hazard and a death trap. Everything from the foundation to the roof has to be redone. We had to gut the entire house and start over.
