Absolutely the worst experience of our life , we purchased a new home in august of 2021 , it’s middle of may 2022 and still not complete, they have finished nothing everything they started I have had to complete or pay someone else to do so and they could care less , they didn’t have all of the piers in according to manufacture specs it’s wasn’t level the trim out has been done twice and waiting on a third time , the roof leaks , the doors leak both front and back and has since they brought it and instead of repairing the issue they had rather it rot the floor out , I finished the dirt work so it would pass inspection, crawled under and dug piers in the correct location and leveled the floors , replaced the front door so it wouldn’t ruin anything else , removed the gutters that were installed incorrectly and repaired them , patched the roof so it wouldn’t leak and mess anything else up as well , all of these things they were paid to do , I sent a bill for the work I done because they wouldn’t but I don’t imagine they will pay for any of it . I encourage everyone to buy from Clayton of Jackson if you want to pay someone to do something and end up mad and doing the work yourself . Kurt doesn’t care what happens after he gets your money his persona will fool you, and everyone they employee is out to get over on you , not one contractor they sent to us finished anything, just did enough to get paid . Congratulations Clayton of Jackson another dissatisfied customer but I’m gonna make you famous pay attention to 7 eyewitness news and the Jackson sun I wasted 150,000 dollars with you now I’m gonna spend a few thousand more helping you advertise. You should be closed down along with Clayton and Kurt should be in prison where he can use the skill of covering his ass to his benefit. Don’t forget I’m gonna make you famous
