Late August 2015, Clayton Schultz and his partner Jim Schultz provided me with a signed bid for materials and labor to re-shingle my roof by October 2015. Late in October when they hadn’t shown up, I contacted Clayton at which time he said they were running a couple weeks behind. Mid November I tried to contact Clayton with no luck and he never returned my calls. In March 2016, I called Clayton and asked him when they would do the job. He said he would put me at the top of his list and then informed me to set up a personal account with a local lumber yard so that he could charge the materials for the job. I refused noting that his bid was for materials and labor. He said that I didn’t have a signed document when in fact I did. He then told me to find someone else to do the job and hung up on me.
I found him to be untrustworthy and dishonest. I would never recommend him to anybody.
