CLB Construction is run by a, so called, Amish person named Christ Byler. He also uses the alias “Crist Fox” and does business under other names such as Dad’s Metal Roofing, Amish Roofing or Byler Roofing and Pole Barns. He posts ads that include photos of work not actually completed by him or his business. These ads are misleading regarding the quantity and quality of his workmanship. His use of words like “Amish” or “Amish owned” should not be taken as an indication of integrity or workmanship. Byler’s prices are very high for his low work performance. His work is slipshod and rushed. They take very little time to check for squareness or alignment and the resulting work is substandard. They arrived on my job site without sufficient fuel for their machine or tools to properly complete the job. In fact, they did not complete the work Byler stated he would. When pressed to complete the work, Byler demanded more than double his quoted price to finish. When I declined to pay the increased price, he refused to return or respond to my communications. Avoid any dealings with this predator or his associates.
