My experience working with Clean Initiative was a huge disappointment. I had roof damage from a hurricane & hired Clean Initiative based on a recommendation from a coworker. Their mitigation team helped dry out the water damage to my home and promised they would make everything like new again. However, the contractor that replaced my roof was rude and careless, left hundreds of roofing nails in my yard, and let his crew drink on the job and leave beer cans in my yard. When I complained he became even more difficult then forged my signature on a notice of commencement and filed a claim of lien against my home. The roof they installed was not sealed, and there is additional water damage still occurring. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. They lied to me, damaged my property, and charged me thousands of dollars. I would not recommend them to anyone. Please do not use this company.
