Clean Tech Construction did a wonderful job on the MassSave insulation and air sealing for six of our townhouse units (three attics in total). They were incredibly efficient - cutting down the initial 3 day estimate to 1 day for insulating all of the units. They were very communicative throughout the process, and were very good at working with the owners, and as others have written followed COVID precautions. Sarah and Joel were upfront in scheduling and setting expectations ahead of time. I would definitely recommend them for other insulation projects, and would be happy to use them again for our remaining condo units.

CTC spent two days insulating our crawl space. Keith and crew did a great job. Keith made it a point to communicate several times a day on progress being made. Can’t say enough good things about the process, work and clean up. A first rate company and crew you should really consider.

These folks are doing my MassSave Insulation as I write this, and I have every confidence that this is going to be a spectacular experience. Sarah, the scheduler, has been INCREDIBLY responsive to our needs, providing updates about their availability, and offering us ever more prompt appointments. Joel, the crew supervisor, called (and visited) to clarify various details. Kevin, our crew chief, runs both a tight and CONSIDERATE ship, making sure that his guys take all necessary Covid precautions, while demonstrating sensitivity to our needs and concerns. The minimal interactions we have had with the guys themselves have been both respectful and kind---this is a noisy, disruptive process at best, and these gentlemen are doing their best to minimize the disturbance. We are very grateful.

They were GREAT! All the way from the office to the crew lead . Joel informed us what was going to happen ahead of time . The crew lead cliff was extremely knowledgeable explained everything what was going to happen , to the whole process of heat system testing to the final clean up . He was very professional and respectful of our home. Clean tech hires some great men and managers that know there job . Great Work!

My experience with clean tech construction was not great at all. It started okay, but the workers were inconsiderate, messy, and did not clean up the materials after doing the insulation at our home. Additionally, my cat who I told them was secured in my room was let out of the room by one of the employees and got trapped in the ceiling under the insulation. When I asked them about it they were not caring about it and insisted there was no way possible the cat was in the insulation. This was a horrifying experience. We needed to call the fire department and have them break our ceiling to get my cat out. The owner did call after this incident, but only after I called the company to complain. He was nice on the phone and offered his apology to fix our ceiling and that he was strongly considering reimbursing us for what took place. He stated he would call me back and he never did, he never followed up. After mass save came to inspect their work, they realized that several walls were not insulated. An entire winter passed and our home was not properly insulated. They did have the company come out and fix the issue. I followed up with the company with a detailed email and no one has reached out to me. all the trouble was not worth it and I would not recommend the company.
