Do never ever use or work with this guy hes name is tim he is a totally a trash person hes work its totally trash and he dont pay hes workers I am a home owner and I had a problem one of his workers wanted to get money from me because he didn't pay them

We hired Clear Choice Construction to build a deck and a room below the deck. The result was by far the worst experience that we have had related to home improvement. The slab that they poured wasn't level, many of the workers appeared to be inexperienced, there was flooding in our basement, and a large piece of concrete was dropped on an existing wall in our yard causing significant damage to a portion of the wall. We ended up hiring another contractor to come in, which resulted in re-permitting the job and tearing out most (if not all) of the work that was done, and rebuilding. We were promised a refund of money for unused materials but have not received it after months. For any project, we strongly recommend doing a background check that includes checking for past bankruptcies, past criminal activity, etc. Those can be done through white pages, BBB etc for a small fee. We wish we would have done those rather than relying on recommendations from friends/neighbors.
