If I could give him no stars I would. We signed a contract with ******************************** (*****) on 6/2021 but not until late November and permit was obtained. We were put off in 2022 due to Olympus pools he supposedly agreed to finish on those contracts. We are now going on 2 years and the job is still not complete. Pool is in and travertine, but work is not complete. Grout under coping, vent pipes, umbrella hole does not have a cover, hole in skimmer basket is full of sand. Final inspection was red tagged on July 10th and it has yet to be cleared - INCOMPLETE REQUIRED INSPECTION (POOL DECK) NEED ENGINEER LETTER NO ENCLOSURE AT THIS TIME REVISE SAFETY BARRIER AFFIDAVIT TO INCLUDE POOL ALARM. We also are supposed to have a cage installed but that has been delayed due to the price of cage materials - he wants to increase the price over the contracted price that he signed with us. He is taking on more jobs leaving us high and dry without completing our pool. Every week he says he will be by, but he never shows. He also told us that if we hired a lawyer, he would just file bankruptcy and we would lose out anyway. All in all, the work he has done has been mediocre at best. He was recommended by a person we know. I will personally never recommend him to anyone.
