Cliff submitted a written bid and scheduled a job to do front yard drain cleaning and repair. When the crew failed to show up on the scheduled date, I called and he didn't have it on his schedule at all. I asked when the work would be rescheduled. He said he would send a man next week, and when I questioned if one person would be sufficient for the job, he exploded and with no discussion he said he would not do the work at all. He wasted a month of my time.
I would not recommend this firm for any sort of work.
