I have worked with Daniel and the team and found them to be very good at what they do! His team is courteous and knowledgeable and they completed our project on time! I will hire the team from Clearly Custom to do more projects for my business and at my personal home.

Hired to install front door around July 1st and Daniel recommended we pay to have a custom frame built for the door by a company that he had previously used which we agreed to do. After a delay of at least two weeks because of issues that Sarah (owner of Clearly Custom Construction) blamed on the other company, Daniel finally came by to install the door. However, when he picked up the frame it did not have the exterior trim which we were assured it would. Even though this was missing he went ahead and "installed" the door in our home which left about a 1" gap at the top. Daniel told my wife he was running late and would have to come back later to finish the install as it was missing the exterior trim piece. When I spoke with him he assured us that he would fill the excessive gap with some insulation when he came back to install the exterior trim. About 1 week later I got a hold of him and he asked if we had any additional work that he could do while here to make the return trip to finish the work he still had left to do on the door installation. We agreed to purchase the needed materials and worked out a plan to pay him for his labor on the other projects in payments. This is something that Sarah later agreed for us to do as well. Fast forward about 1 month of delays from Sarah and Daniel. Each week we were told they would be out that week sometime, and occasionally they contacted us to set a date for Daniel to finish the door installation and do the other projects. Unfortunately for us, each time he did not show up and they did not call to let us know. Then Last week Sarah assured us that Daniel would be out to finish the door sometime this week August 26-30. Yet again no one showed up and we did not receive a call to let us know they would not be here. Yesterday, August 29th I called them again to see if they would be out today but had to leave a message. On the hope that they would be true to their word we waited until lunch time today and no one showed up so I tried calling again from a different phone and spoke with Sarah whom told me they would not be out to finish the job and since we had already paid there was nothing we could do about it. Then she proceeded to tell me that you get what you pay for and how they did not have time to deal with finishing our door installation. She also told me that it did not matter what Daniel and I had agreed to since she was the business owner his word meant nothing! We were nothing but patient with this company and in the end all that we got for our patience was time wasted and a shoddy unfinished door installation. Clearly Custom Construction should not be allowed to do business like this.
We would like to make others aware of how this business treated us so that they do not have to go through the same situation.

Wonderful people! I had a roof leak and needed help as a single mother right after my divorce. They went out of their way to make sure my roof was fixed and would last me several more years. I would recommend them anytime.
