They are very responsive when they want you to buy the home. They are completely inept when you expect them to hold up their end of the home warranty. Numerous phone calls and texts sent to have things repaired go unresolved. No one shows up. One lady did show up to repair shower tiles that were coming up. She caulked around the tiles to put them back down!! No glue. No grout. Caulk! It came right back up. Clearly this woman had no clue what she was doing! And no one will come back out. Sprinkler system needs repair. Nail pops. Tile issues. But this company will absolutely ignore you once you buy the house. I do NOT recommend this company!
