  Whole house remodel - plumbing rough in and final

  $25,200

  Was hired to do all of the plumbing (rough in and final) for a total house remodel. Did not order the tankless water heaters until the day before they were to arrive. They were not available. They came and did the other rough in for the terrace level and left the house an absolute mess. Did not bring the tools or material that they needed. Stole the copper water lines that they removed and replaced with PEX. They refuse to work with copper. But they don't mind stealing it to sell. When I had a conversation with Gene (the owner) to express my displeasure about the condition my house was left in (I did not raise my voice or swear - just stated the facts), he said "when the water heaters come in - we will return and install them, then we are done". So I said OK. The water heaters came in a week later but the outside conversion kits just arrived Friday. So about 3 1/2 weeks. Now they are refusing to install them or talk to me. They just told the supply house not to deliver them to them, but to keep them on will-call and if I want them I can come pick them up and pay for them. So I am just hoping that everything they did and what they instructed the electrician and hvac person to do to install the electric outlets and propane line thru my brick house is correct. They should have completed the job they started. Not just decide not to.
  Unless you want a huge headache, do NOT hire this company.
