    Painting project

    The job was generally well done, but some areas for improvement. Communication could be improved (not always clear, and not clear if or when he would arrive), the contract needs to be more professional. No caulking done around the windows as part of prep, and it does not look like the trim received a second coat in some places. I caught several minor issues on final walk around (drip of trim paint on siding and poor edge on trim), but otherwise the work got done on time, the workers and Clemente were all very pleasant and respectful of property, and the siding itself looks very good. Clemente was always affable, willing to do more, and was by far the lowest price amongst bidders.

    Clemente Painting just finished painting our home in Snohomish, Wa today. He and his crew did a very good job at a reasonable price. They had me hooked when they confirmed the quality of employees that they hire which was very important to me (no bad language, non smoking, respectful, etc). I will reach out to Clemente for my next paint project.
