The company installed a 7.5 capacitor, while claiming to replace a 35x5 capacitor. My unit doesn't even take 35x5 capacitors. I'm mostly concerned with the unit running, but I have a problem with companies straight up lying to me.
When I confronted the company about this a week later, a representative first called me a liar, and then proceeded to raise her voice to me.
This is the reaction I would only expect from a company who is accustomed to skimming and lying to their customers.
