Our house turned out better than we could imagine! Cleve was more than accommodating to our changes and brought plenty of great ideas to the table to take some of the stress off us. The entire build process ended up feeling easy. I highly recommend a visit with CA Homes. I quoted this from a previous review and could not agree more. I would like to add to this in things to watch out for...Cleve or his foreman are out there almost everyday to review what the contractors have done and determine if the work is up to the CE build quality for sure.. I would say though that they are not perfect and can miss some things. Make sure you go through to look up and verify every piece of electronic/harware equipment in your new home. An example is the plumber put in a recirc pump for our hot water and they put in a cast iron model and now here we are 4 years out with a completely rusted recirc pump (they should have put in a bronze one but took the cheap way out). Had we looked this up and verified we would have corrected it before closing, Now here i am having to fix/purchase the correct putmp and install. I would also recommend make sure the electrician has done his job correctly; specifically your ethernet drops and cable tv drops. Our lazy electrician wired some of the ethernet drops incorrectly (thus they didn't work) and didn't even bother to connect the ends for the cable tv. Cleve Adamson did build the home of our dreams for sure however some of his contractors chose the simplest/cheapest way and I would say the BUYER must also go through to verify things are right. Cleve will most certainly back his product but he can't fix it if he isn't aware of it. So end story is yes I would build another home with him over any other but I would now have the knowledge to look for and correct substanderd work!
