This contractor gets a 1 for showing up to start a job..get the cash flow going then quits the project when he maximizes profit. He's the flim-flam used car salesman of vinyl windows. Does not stand behind the products he sells. ALWAYS pull a building permit with him as he encourages you not to. Always get a written receipt of exact costs as he promises to give you one but never does. Get a written warranty of his work for back up as he fails to perform work to code in order to save time. He misleds that he has a hired crew but has no employees. He closes walls without insulation, partially seals window openings, fails to install double top plate on weight supportting side walls, is argumentative when a job change occurs. He's your friend until the job becomes difficult. Any errors are the homeowners fault. He left our job uncompleted and discovered past history of walking off jobs from other companies he has owned and dissolved . He performs electrical work and leaves in an unsafe exposed way.
