He’s NOT reliable at all the way he deals like Mickey Mouse. I initially thought he’s responsible and consider to be a good contractor but once I paid him half of the amount ($4,500) he started giving silly excuses and after 4 months gone he started the fence work at my property he only installed post that too he did very unprofessional work and he messed up with my neighbor sprinklers then he started going around the bushes and every time I call and ask and to follow up he gave family excuses and I still patiently work with him. I let it go and kept silence just because of his family member was hospice (father). He dragged almost a year. I was forced to hire another contractor to finish the job. I would give him less than 1 star rating. Do not ever hire this contractor for any project not even for small work. He’s terrible!

Noticeable angled wood. Spacing between wood. Gate hardware is cheap and was installed OUTSIDE when I asked to be installed on the inside of the gate. So anyone can just walk in now. Nails are bent as well. I’ve called and tried to get him to fix it. He is childish and no longer wants to communicate. He has since then deleted his business FB account.

Horrible Horrible the guy acts like a child very unprofessional and maybe a lil bipolar. Acts like he doing you a favor and got mad when I would tell him things I didn't like or that were wrong. He torn down a fence that was suppose to stay and gave me no choice in anything he did. Then threaten to come repo the fence cuz I didn't pay the day he finished. I would never ever recommend Carl Zimmerman to do any repair remodel. I will have to fix my fence myself. I would put up pictures but I can't. I only gave 1 star cuz I had to he gets a F-
