My company hired Clif Jones Painting Company to paint our Santa Monica commercial offices in 2007. Although he has attempted to correct the problem, which neither he nor the paint manufacturer can explain to this date, we are still dealing with the same issues in 2011. The paint peels off the walls and, because of this issue, new paint cannot be applied unless the entire space is stripped bare to the drywall. Mr. Jones assured us that he would stand behind the work. However, he now states that because he will probably not be getting future work from us that he has now washed his hands of the job and will not take responsibility for an expensive paint job gone afoul. We are left to strip and paint the entire space at our own expense. DO NOT HIRE CLIF JONES PAINTING COMPANY
