By far one of the worse contractors. Provided us a quote to perform work, we agreed on the price and they started working. One of his workers was worthless, the job they did was horrible and at the end of the job Cliff handed us to bill for an addition $4,000 for his time!! His time to do what, pick up some of the material and sit and his guys work. We never did pay him and it turned all of the work his guys supposedly did was all wrong and it was redone by a reliable contractor
