Greg replaced my 2 ton heat pump with a newer unit because the old one wasn't keeping up. The new one wouldn't keep up, either. In stead of admitting that it was undersized and quoting me for the difference, he told me that he had to speak with Trane about it. Then, he claimed that they wouldn't call him back. All the while, he was giving me the impression that he was going to get it working. Finally, he just began ignoring me. He wouldn't return my calls. The above contact number goes directly to voice mail. If you want to talk to someone at CCE, you have to leave a message and wait. The only way I was able to get him to respond was throughj the Better Business Bureau. Installing a size too small was an obviously, honest mistake. Telling me to be patient and that they were going to fix it, was a crooked run around so they could screw me over. I waisted almost $4000 on this unit. Don't trust Greg. He's a snake.
