My wife and I in good faith retain climate control to replace our attic duct work, they block out the heater vent pipe route . The height of the plenum is to close to the roof vent pipe exit. Also the plenum should have been made with a short trunk line to avoid the blocking of the heater vent pipe. When we called the representative, Mr. Bobby franks came and did not trouble himself to even look in the attic. But only said: this the best they could do! So to block and prevent us from using our heater is the best this professional company can do? I feel they should have urgently sent someone from the climate control service control experts as they call themselves to correct this problem that is a clear oversight on the part of the employee that done the work. We are SENIOR CITIZENS that paid the asking PRICE IN FULL for a job agreed upon to be professional and WITHOUT PROBLEMS. I will say we will soon reach out to the company and ask, to have the job to be CORRECTED. Our follow up review will tell of the outcome. If your money is limited for major jobs be careful whom you choose. One problem could very will cause another!
