So, its 106F and both my AC units are down. I have been paying for maintenance on both units every 6 months for 2 years with Climate & Energy Solutions. Suspicious, I called a different company to come out which is when I found out my concerns were warranted. The maintenance was not being done and directly lead to the failure of both units.
In the past 2 years using this company, I was charged a second service call to flip a breaker which the technician had (deliberately???) left turned off after a service call. I have had a unit stop working within 24 hours of service and was charged a weekend emergency call when I called them back out. The technician said, "The new part caused another part, that was probably worn out, to fail." Okay. I paid the bill. Twice, I have gotten double billed for services and had to prove I paid them. One of those times they threatened me with sending my account to collections.
Beware! I won't be using this company again and I am warning everybody I know.
