    Building owners hired Dan to draft out the TI build, plans also needed to be submitted to the city of chino for land use type. We went and got the plan requirements and sent it to Dan. He sent back the plans, but did not follow any guidelines. I went down to the city on 4 occasions to submit but got rejected all 4 times. Finally Dan and building rep went down to the city to request what was needed. 2 month and 5 drafts later we finally got the land use permit. But was charge for all drafts and traveling fee. Total was forward to for 8500. Hire a more competent architect no this guy.

    I contacted this Architect because he was the last architect on record for the space we are occupying in the near future. I told him I needed as built plans that specifically show the plumbing for the space. He told me it would cost $300 and would email it as soon as I got him the check and signed a liability waiver. I did that instantly. He emailed the files and NONE HAD PLUMBING. His response when I told him I was looking for something specific "I guess it didn't register with me. This was a remodel and therefore didn't need plumbing plans". WHAT!?!? If you knew that why did you continue to sell me the files? At this point I was expecting a refund as he didn't provide the files we needed, instead provided me with junk. But he said he could only refund $100 as "he spent time looking for the files" What?? I called you in the evening and you got back to me early morning. What time?? SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY! This guy doesn't listen to the needs of his customers. HE IS JUST DESPERATE FOR MONEY, I GUESS. VERY SHADY! I believe in Karma and this guy is a crook!
