the driveway was not scraped before laying rock{contract said he would. Did not put down the required amount of rock. On the gates for driveway, should have used a 4x4, instead he used a 2x4 to hold a heavy gate and used hose repair material to latch on to a concerted pole. On the 2 stall cover he used a wood that is not to be used outside. The metal roofing is too short and the nails that were put in the roof are not put in correctly so, in a short while it will be leaking. And the wood used outside is cheap stuff. It will be falling apart by next summer. He charged me a high price for crappy material and work. More money in his pocket.

Christopher has done considerable work for us, both at our home and business. He has always done great work and gone above and beyond what was asked of him. Job was to replace deck flooring and build wheelchair ramp. Because of the size and heights off the ground a permit should have been obtained. It was not. Material was purchased as needed throughout job and part way thru more money was requested. A stop work was put on the UNFINISHED job by city inspectors because of the shoddy work.
