If you buy a house that Cloward building concept did. DO NOT BUY THE HOUSE. They took short cuts on everything. They are really not fixing the problem they are making it worse. Just beware of these guys.

Back in January 2020, we had a small kitchen fire that left it unusable. We were displaced for a month while things got cleaned up from the smoke/fire damage. I reached out to several contractors for bids, with Cloward Building Concepts being one of them. We've never worked with a contractor or renovated a room like this before (We're fairly young/first time home buyers), so the whole process was foreign to us. While other bids were either too high in price, didn't fit in our time frame, or some of the contractors seemed a little fed up with our inexperience in this process, Mr. Cloward walked us through the whole thing while being receptive and fair to our inputs and needs/wants. We got things hammered down, but got dealt another blow. To compound this process further, we now had to deal with COVID and everything being shut down (no fast food/restaurants while dealing with no kitchen, production facilities shut down that were to produce our cabinets and countertops, the unknown of having other people in your house, etc...), along with taking care of our newborn (2 months at this stage) and our 3-year-old. Mr. Cloward and his team worked with us through this complex and complicated stretch of time and got our kitchen put back together. It didn't happen overnight, but Mr. Cloward or his team members were in communication with us every step of the way to let us know when we could expect things to be completed. Our kitchen is literally the best looking room in our entire house, and that's thanks to the hard work from Mr. Cloward and his team at Cloward Building Concepts. I do believe that they went above and beyond on numerous occasions, and I personally appreciate everything that they did to help my family move beyond this.
