    Cement walkway and landscaping with rocks and stones

    CLP Project number 2 with Brett and his team. 1st project was cementing my walkway, today I had rocks/stones added to the sides of the cement walkway. Now it’s looks so much better and inviting. Wish I had done this years ago. Brett had the project done on time as scheduled. The crew cleaned up beautifully after the job was done and they were very professional and polite.

    My GC hired them to create a natural water shed in my back yard.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND hiring CLP Services if you are interested in a company that will take the time to get the details needed to complete the project with the satisfaction of the homeowner in mind.
    I have a General Contracter(GC) that found and hired CLP. CLP Services was hired to create a NATURAL watershed in my backyard. I was present when the job was scoped. I attempted to explain the issues but was not afforded the time to do so. The Project Manager(PM) for the job did not contact me to get the details that were important. He did not come out to the property to survey the job himself.
    CLP had NO IDEA of where the issues were in the yard.
    NO PLAN was designed for what type of natural water shed would be created.
    NO PLAN was communicated to the homeowner.
    I had LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE of when the work would begin.
    When the workers came, they were instructed by their Project Manager(PM) to dig a ditch across my back yard. When the CLP PM came at the end of the job and I complained it was severe, my concern was not taken seriously. The following day I found that there was standing water in the bottom of the ditch, not suprising from the poor design.
    I complained to my GC, he instructed me to call CLP directly to let them know that this was not acceptable. I spoke with the PM for my job who came out to look a week later.
    When the workers came out the second time, (now two weeks after sod was placed), they were told to dump some sandy dirt in the center of the ditch on top of the sod. I had to call in my GC to fight to get something done.
    I found CLP to be unprofessional. Management's handling of my project less than knowledgeable. While CLP did try to solve what THEY THOUGHT was the problem, they actually created other issues and made work for me.
