    Very pleased with CM Construction in San Antonio. Had several conversations with Charlie before the project began. He was always prompt about communication. His numbers didn't change, like so many other contractors I spoke to. Charlie was thorough and professional in his explanations. I really appreciated how he listened to exactly what I wanted. Charlie's prices were very fair, and the quality of work was of the highest quality! I also very much appreciated the professionalism of his employees. The work area was kept very clean. The project was completed in the timeline given; in fact, a day early! Will DEFINITELY use CM Construction again!

    Many projects...build a wall to enclose a patio, caulk the entire house, + others.

    I have used them for 6 years or more. Always completed the jobs correctly . I haven't seen them cut corners or do a "good enough" job. They do it right for a reasonable price and are friendly folks.

    Everyone who worked on my project was very friendly and professional.

    Hand rail for front stairs

    I used CM Construction 92 to build a handrail for my parents’ front steps. Charlie and his crew did an amazing job and even matched the design on their storm door! He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a competitive price! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

    I would defintely recommend CM Construction to my family and friends. Mr Charlie is professional, compassionate, dependable and has a fantastic work
    ethic and is always timely. if you call or text, he answers or text immediately. If he`s not available he always responds within 10 to 15 minutes. I had a plumbing problem and called him at7am and he was here within record time. Don`t know what I`ll without him. Gloria SIMMONS
