Company did some bldg modifications in our food facility. They signed off on GMP training that they understood the document. They were left alone between shifts as they did worked. Big mistake! C M High was working directly underneath a production line. When they were finished and gone. We came back and saw metal shaving contamination and screws all over the equipment. It caused 40 minutes of downtime to clean up their mess.
