Do not hire these crooks ever! They know nothing about construction. They cut corners wherever possible. Nothing they build passes code. They do not even have a basic understanding of construction, let alone the ability to handle any real project. I honestly wouldn't trust them to dig a ditch. I had to fire them because they could not frame to save their lives. Their concrete work was terrible, Carlos didn't fill the block with mortar(as required) instead he had his guys stuff garbage into the block and then fill the top course to look as if it was filled. He put a structural beam into cut block with no bearing support, ie the house would literally fall over in the near future. Also he let his insurance lapse mid construction, so he was uninsured during the project. And be wary when Carlos tells you you don't need a permit.
