BEWARE!! This company was a nightmare to work with from start to finish. They caused major foundation damage… confirmed by reputable foundation company. We have lived in this home for 15 years with no such issue. They are denying and dragging their feet while we are stuck with tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage that they caused due to subcontracting companies that have no business doing the type of work that they did. Using companies that really only specialize in paint and drywall and shouldn’t be doing any other type of work.
In addition to the damage… the men they had out doing the work often had to redo items on our list MULTIPLE times before getting it better. Project was ill managed and took three times as long as estimated. Most of it really still doesn’t look very good in the end. They left gouges and oil stains in our driveway, chunks of concrete left behind, divots in our lawn and neighbors lawn that were avoidable and never really fixed in the end. The men would smoke next to the house while windows and doors were open despite being asked not to do so. Issues that they caused or things they didn’t do right was always met with “Well that’s not part of the contract”. Take your money somewhere else.
