I hired CMC/Chris Carreras at the end of September 2024 to install a wooden gate on the side of my house, put up railing on my deck, and install a new sliding glass door. While some of this work has been completed, the only piece that was 100% completed was the wooden gate. We also had an agreement that I would pay for the materials and he would pick them up, and there is still over $1000 worth of materials that have not been delivered or installed. I have tried for months to get Chris back to finish the work he started and this is still ongoing 9+ months later. There have been at least a dozen times where he said he would come on a specific day, only to never show up without saying a word. The times he has said something, it’s usually an excuse to why
he has to move it to a different day, and then doesn’t show.
