My experience with CMD has been horrible! 8ft foundation crack that is costing me $15k out of pocket in addition to roof leaks amongst other issues. I’m looking for people that would like to initiate a class action suit against this fraudulent company

This company is a complete disgrace. We have owned our home for 2 years and there is something every month that arises: HVAC, loose light switches, Sheetrock cracks, poor landscaping that has led to water pooling in yard, missing weather stripping, dented doors, missing window screens, etc. Do not close until full inspection is conducted and repairs are complete, and then hire an attorney to go after the warranty companies that are nonexistent. I’m in the process of having the builder blacklisted from selling to VA beneficiaries as they operate as a fraud business. The only comfort is every house has the same massive issues so it has United our neighborhood and we’re pushing to try and freeze their builder permit until they fix everything. Save your time and find another builder!

I concur with every statement made about this company. Get everything completed before you sign any contract from them. They are not trustworthy at all. They make promises they don't keep. BUYER BEWARE!!! I also have purchased a home previously and buying from this company is a mistake if you choose not to have corrections before closing. They will even try to pressure you into closing before they meet your standards. They move from state to state with their tricks. They are also listed under BBB as being out of business so that your complaints are not heard.

After you've purchased the home, you will not get any service for items that are not finished upon closing. They put in writing the outstanding items (shutters and screens for windows) and I have made multiple attempts to get these things installed. I have no recourse but to hire an attorney. Mat, the general contractor, will help you at all. He acts as if he is doing you a favor. Stay away at all cost.

If it were possible to give no stars and add negative stars I would by 10 fold. The houses look very nice but the quality of work and guaranteed follow up for repairs are unacceptable and none existent. They don’t return emails or phone calls best thing to do is first and foremost don’t buy from them and secondly if you are like me in the unfortunate situation of already purchased get legal assistance ASAP!!! They are crooks, cons and pathological liars!!!! If you think I’m lying go to any resident who owns a home and they will validate my statements.

This company is the worst...they skipped out on completing everything in my warranty list and then stopped responding to my emails. Not to mention, the cracks going up my walls that were supposedly fixed are back again. I have purchased new homes in the past and have never worked with a group that didn't stand by their work. Don't purchase from them - the house may look nice but getting them to do follow-up is impossible!
