Garcia, Oscar Armando Jr
I hired, D&O Pinecrest, LLC which is currently known as CMG Homes LLC, when I purchased my home to get the house up to code. I spoke personally with Oscar Garcia, which informed me the job would be done in 45 days. Having trust in Mr. Garcia and the contract that was signed, I was at ease and believed in 45 I would be enjoying my home with my family. The first couple of jobs were done, but when the inspector would go, he informed me that the job was done wrong and I would have to cover the cost out-of-pocket everytime. To this day the job has not been completed, my home is still not up to code, and the little work that was done was done erroneously. A job that was meant to take 45 days as indicated in te contract I signed, has taken more than 6 months to be finished. I have complained to Mr. Garcia, on various occasions, regarding my concerns with the length that it has taken to complete this project and he did not do anything about it. I paid Oscar Garcia the full amount of the job, which was a large sum of money, the job was never done and my money was not refunded either.
Oscar Garcia and the company now owned by CMG Homes are unprofessional and do not care for their customers, all they care for is the money they are getting. They do not care that my home is still unfinished or that I have been living under those conditions, in a home not up to code, with my family for almost a year. Mr. Oscar Garcia and the company he works for have violated the terms in the signed contract and have done nothing to remedy their negligence.
