CMH Concrete was the worst contractor to deal with when building our cabin. We hired them to pour the foundation and basement walls. They didn't know what they were doing. 1. They forgot to put in the load bearing concrete walls and beams for our basement even though they were on the blueprint. We had to tell them they forgot it. I had to get the structural engineer involved to get them to finish it. 2. The OWNER, Efren, never called us back even though we were under a tight deadline to complete the work. It was so stressful. The salesman, Lee, passed it off on Efren to figure out the scheduling. Efren said he would show up and didn't. He said he woudl call and he didn't. 3. Quality was crap. The concrete is cracked, warped, pitted, etc. all around the exterior of our home. It looks horrible and we need to pay someone else to fix it. PLEASE... save yourself the stress of working with complete amateurs who, in the end, will leave you with horrible looking concrete.
