They didn't finish

I paid over 25000 and they left the bathroom unfinished. The painting wasn't finished. They left a hole in the back wall and at the corners. The burned a hole in the new rug. The toilet rocks and I over heard the contractor that only fluids could go down the toilet nothing else. I will not hire these people again.
